ALL THIS WEEKS SHOW NOTES:
Screencast tip of the week
This weeks tip is all about cleaning up your desktop before we record. There is a few ways you can clean up your desktop but here are two.
You must have watched those videos right, the ones that have all the icons or folders to the right or left of the desktop. Was you ever paying attention to those videos, and be honest.. NO 🙂 all you wanted to know was what was in those folders and files.
So having the those folders or icons or whatever it is on the desktop is messy, unprofessional and is not the first impression you won’t to give.
Here are the two ways you can use to hide the folders on your desktop.
- If you using screenflow you can click on the camera icon, scroll down to where it say’s hide desktop icons and apply the changes. It won’t delete the icons or folders it will just hide time until you finish recording your desktop and just go back in and do the reverse.
IN THIS EPISODE YOU’LL LEARN:
- What videos you can create with screencasting
- engagement with video
- pattern interupts
- Lon’s favourite apps
- His workflow
- How he puts audio at the top
- The one thought, one image, one slide concept
- and more…
